This premium Japanese Sencha is harvested during the first flush from the renowned tea-growing region of Shizuoka, where cool conditions and fertile soils produce teas of exceptional freshness and character.
Made from young, tender leaves, this Sencha offers a delicate sweetness with a fresh, fruity aroma. It is produced using the traditional fukamushi (deep-steamed) method, where the leaves are steamed for longer than usual. This process breaks down the leaf structure, creating a richer infusion with enhanced aroma, flavour and a beautifully smooth finish.
