Allergen Advice

Most of our products do not contain allergens, but any that do have them clearly listed on each product page on our website. If you're in doubt, please consult the product page for the product you have purchased, or contact us.

Our fulfilment centre handles nut-, milk- and soy-based products, however these are handled in a separate area with strict controls in place to avoid cross-contamination. Nevertheless, as a responsible retailer, we feel it's important to point out that our teas are processed in the same warehouse as products containing these allergens.
