Like peppermint, chamomile is known as a tea to unwind with, as it promotes relaxation and improved sleep, but it is also suggested that chamomile can be effective in treating certain stomach ailments.

Nettle Tea

This black tea is rich in antioxidants, may contribute towards lowering the risk of heart disease and has also been linked to healthy weight management.
