This hand-picked dragonwell tea comes from Hanngzou, in the Zhejiang Province. An infamous and much-loved tea, Lung Ching Tea is unfermented, with heat applied after picking to halt the natural fermentation process. The result is a wonderfully complex tea that boasts a beautiful green colour, subtle aromas and a rich taste.
