Our Jasmine Dragon Pearls are crafted from the finest spring-picked green tea buds, hand-harvested in the misty mountains of Fujian Province, China. Each tender bud is carefully hand-rolled into a delicate pearl before being naturally scented with fresh jasmine blossoms.
Using a traditional technique passed down through generations, the tea is layered with fragrant jasmine flowers over several nights, allowing the leaves to gently absorb their delicate floral aroma. The blossoms are then carefully removed by hand, leaving behind a beautifully balanced tea with no artificial flavourings.
When brewed, the tightly rolled pearls slowly unfurl to reveal the whole tea leaves, creating a visually captivating infusion that's ideal for a glass teapot. The resulting liquor is light, naturally sweet and delicately floral, with the leaves suitable for multiple infusions.
