Ivan Chai is a rare, naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion made from rosebay willowherb, traditionally enjoyed in Russia since the 13th century. Our small-batch Ivan Chai is hand harvested and carefully processed at the Kinnettles Tea Garden in Scotland.
Crafted using traditional methods, the leaves develop the appearance of a deeply coloured, semi-oxidised tea while retaining a smooth, mellow flavour. Expect gentle vegetal notes reminiscent of courgette, lifted by a delicate citrus finish for a uniquely refreshing infusion.
