Our 2025 Pre-Rain Long Jing has arrived, and this year's harvest is exceptional. This renowned Chinese green tea offers the classic nutty character Long Jing is famous for, complemented by delicious notes of roasted sweet potato and delicate candy floss sweetness.
Known as Pre-Rain, this tea is harvested before the annual Grain Rain festival, which falls around 20th April. Teas picked before this date are especially prized for their tenderness, freshness and refined flavour.
Produced in Hangzhou, the home of authentic Long Jing, each leaf is traditionally hand pan-fired and pressed by skilled tea masters. This meticulous process creates the tea's distinctive flat leaf shape while developing its beautifully smooth, complex flavour.
